✏️ HOW IT WORKS

Print the pages you want, cut down the middle, laminate, and use a dry-erase marker.

Tick a slot when you spend it. Cross a condition when it lands on you. Wipe the card when the night is over.

The next session starts clean.

💻 If you play at a screen instead, open the fillable build and type into it. Every line and every box on every card is a field, so nothing has to be printed at all.

⭐ You do not need all twelve. Take the three that match your character — a caster takes the slots and concentration, a fighter takes the short rest card and hit dice — and leave the rest in the file.

🃏 THE TWELVE CARDS

▪ Your turn — move, action, bonus action, reaction, and the free object interaction everybody forgets, with a box for each

▪ Spell slots, levels 1 to 5 — a tick per slot, and room for what you have prepared today

▪ Slots 6 to 9, pact magic and points — for the resources that are not a simple slot

▪ Concentration — what you are holding, since when, what ends it, and how many saves you have failed this fight

▪ What is on you — all 15 conditions, a box each

▪ Once per short rest — write the abilities once, wipe the ticks every session

▪ Once per long rest — the same, for the other kind

▪ Hit dice, death saves and temporary hit points — the three numbers nobody can find when it matters

▪ Ammunition, charges and uses

▪ Your reactions, and what sets each one off
