DnD Campaign Planner for DMs

The Campaign Planner is a 67-page journal for the Dungeon Master. Fill in the campaign on one page before you start, agree session zero with your table, and then work through 24 sessions, each with a preparation page and a recap page.

The preparation page asks for exactly what you need at the table and nothing more: the strong start, the scenes that might happen, the places worth describing, ten secrets and clues that belong to no scene, the people and one thing each of them says, monsters and fights, and the rewards.

Ten secrets that belong to no scene is the trick: the players find half of them wherever they dig, and you never have to force them down one road.

What happened, the secrets the players found, the threads left hanging, treasure handed out, faction clocks ticked, and the best moment of the night and whose it was.
